What is that meant to mean?

How would you know? You've never submitted work to NG, so either your crap, or don't even animate, and stick figures are very hard to animate to look realistick (Hehe), so im just gunna ignore what you said.

I just submitted a stick animation that I put a lot of work into to newgrounds (http://newgrounds.com/portal/view.php?id=95211) a couple of days later i go to chek for reviews etc and i see one that just insults me no end, and for no reason, so i thought "I'm guna be hard, im gunna say this review wasn't helpful!" but then i noticed that someone had already said it was helpful!? Why do people do this? It's not like i'm offending anyone by doing stick figures, why is it that people hate stickmen animations? (And i don't mean those crud DBZ ones you get every second)
ps - i already put this same topic below, but since noone reads topics with crap subjects I thought I would do it again, really sorry.

So do most people on ng just hate stick figure websites? or is that just a generalisation? i want some feedback on how to improve my website (stick related) http://www.stickpain.com , tell me what i oculd do to improve it please.

paying for a site is not a good idea, remember what happened with IGN.

I've thought up a couple of ideas, but every single one of them has their downsides
for example,
1) Don't let new users (lvl1, lvl2, lvl3) submit movies. Downside : Lately there are a lot of excellent movies submitted by these levels.
2) Prevent users from certain ages to submit movies (13-14-15). Downside : They just make a new account, lie about their age and submit it anyway. + there are older users who make crap too.
3) If users gets a certain amount of movies blammed, they can't upload anymore. downside, this isn't really fair, and they can improve their skills, so what if they make a good one???
4) limit the uploadsize. If they want to see their movie up, they have to send it to a special mail, and have their movies reviewed by Tom, Wade, liljim, and the other NG crew. If they notice it's crap, they have the right to turn it down, and thus sparing us from viewing it and preserving bandwith (it's not much but it's a start, and if there let's say 10 or 20 movies like this submitted a day ...) Downside : i don't really see a downside here.

Its very hard to find a fool-proof system. And i'm sure the NG crew is thinking on a working system and is taking note's from our ideas.
we'll just have too see what time brings us.

No, very bad ideas all of them! 12-15 year olds are the majority of the movie submitters, and all of the amazing ones (almost) are by kids!! for the last thing you said...... if you did that there would be thousands less people going to the site, this website is how tom lives, he would starve! i doubt anyone on NG 'cept tom and wade can really sort any problems out (do they even have problems?)
