So many seem to have run with the ‘O’s Pun… For my money the award for funniest in that category belongs to Tapo and his box “Same Ole’ Sh*t” -FIGHT THE POWER MAN!
But the one that actually got me laughing the most still has to be Matt-G’s “Walken-o’s” –I f**ken… LOVE… his… box art.”
There’ve been some great concepts so far that are undoubtedly in with a chance -based on the idea behind them alone.
Springing to mind are Vegeton’s “Windo’s” and “Pedo’s” (did you notice that the guy on that one looks kinda like Michael Moore? What are you trying to tell us Veggie?), LiLg’s “Pre Dia-BEE-tes”, vonDark’s “Victory Cereal” and even deadspread83’s “Kitten Kaboodles”
For all-round best-non-‘O’-related-puns you can’t go past Dasneviano’s “CurtCoBeans”, Stamper’s “Devil may crunch”, Steve-M’s “Sugar Frosted Foetus Flakes” (big props for not using the ‘O’ pun in “Turbos” there man), Dark6’s “iCereal” (all 150 bucks of it), Hypno-Circle’s “Oat Rly?” and JunkyCow’s “Bolshevix” ...So much comedy... so few waking hours.
As for design…. Oooh… that’s a tough one. There are so many really classy entries that it’s difficult to choose. Though for the most convincing design thus far, It’s hard to go past DarkLabStudio’s “Mateys”… Couldn’t you just see that in your supermarket?
