Dude, I couldn't agree with you more. I just watched the entire front page of the trance section get 0 voted before my very eyes, yours and my entries included. It's just bullshit that one single person can have the power to prevent over 20 artists from getting the recognition they deserve by simply pressing one button.
Honestly, I've just had it with this site's audio portal. There's literally no point in submitting a song anymore, unless you're an already recognized artist. It's almost impossible to get any form of constructive criticism for your work, and it also seems that the better your work gets, the more likely people are to vote 0 on it.
Everything else that i've wanted to say for so long, Syntrus has already outlined for us.
So screw you guys, i'm out.

Psychotic Tendencies

Don't be fooled by my low level in these forums. This song is quite good.

I just took a look at my music submission page to find that two of my songs had tremendously increased in the amount of downloads in a very short amount of time, while my other songs had the same amount of downloads. Now, the two songs that jumped were different versions of each other, so what i'm wondering is what the hell happened? I highly doubt that 90 different people downloaded my song in that four hour period, especially since my other songs were untouched.
Is it possible that someone purposefully bumped the number of downloads for my song, and if so, why? And if they did so because they liked the song, why has the rating stayed the same?
Now, i'm not saying that i'm angry that my song got a lot of downloads, i'm just saying that i want the downloads to reflect how much people actually liked it.
So if anyone has experienced something similar with their own music, or seen it on other accounts, just reply so i can figure out what the hell happened before i take the blame.

I just submitted a song to the portal, but it was accidentally on a friends account, because he was the last one who used this computer. Is there any way for him to remove this song so i can resubmit it under the correct username???

okay, so i make a song. I like the song. I submit the song. the song gets ratings sniped. I guess i can kinda understand why someone would dislike this song, but i was wondering if you guys might check it out and tell me what you truly think about it.
