Someone had suggested on my animation that I include a flash preloader, what is that? Is that the thing you sometimes see on an animation that says "Loading..." or whatever.

How do you make these? I'm not really sure how you make it animate while it is loading and when it is done loading how to pop up a button that says Play.

I hope this makes sense.
