Sounds play early rather then specific point

Ok, I place my sound FX in like frame 200, but when i test movie, the sound plays like 100 frames before the actual frame i place it on. But when i Test Scene, the sound plays on frame 200. I mean, its mad confusing, i dont get why. Can it be my movies FPS?

I lovre TxM, it fast, but i wish it can have some more content. It doesnt, have a lot of interactive stuff as Newgrounds does. And yes, Newgrounds is annyoing, with its, pop-ups and slow connections. But look at this way, Newgrounds is going down since Newdgrounds, you know why, How can Tom do both Newgrounds and Newdgrounds. It's to much work. Newdgrounds is a pay site. Once people start joing rapidly, he will concentrate on Newdgrounds then Newgrounds because Newdgrounds is a payed site and he needs to update it custermers.
