yeah this one was kinda crap. i just did it a few weeks ago after getting my Graphix tablet back.
verry fun to draw... after all he is my favorite Character. i love teh spy.

i like my "Chibi" version of him... it wasnt meant to be a chibi Frosty, i was just trying to get it to look like he was looking up to the "Viewer" so yeah i like this one

um my first picture i did last night. his name is frosty, very simple. he does have the "frozen shoulder"
and some ice growing on the top of his head... and yeah...
its just kinda funny because one of my friends at school does comics, and she made it so hes always cold no matter where he is..

i use frosty ALOT! hes a fun character to draw... hes quiet simple, just he has some special effects that need to be drawn most of the time
