You know sometimes when you play a game, and reach an area/level and it just makes you go "wha..?"
yeah.im not talkng about wtf moments,im talking about fucked up levels in games.here are a couple i had encountered in the past;

Dream Time.(Ratchet and Clank:Size matters.)
The Longest Shortcut.(Rayman 3.)
Twinkle Park.(Sonic Adventure.)

so yeah...any levels that you think are really weird?

I see what you mean about storylines.me and my freind both think Rayman 2 has a brilliant storyline.especially at the begging of the game where Rayman and Globox escape from the pirate air-ship.that was epic.
as for what you said with re-makes,i dont really care about them.prefably due to the fact i don't care about graphics.i have played loads of good games that have crappy graphics.(yes,i actually think Bubsy3D is a good game...)it just always seems that developers focus on graphics above the music, level design and of course, the gameplay.

It's also available on PS2 and PC. I've heard a few bad things about the PS2 version, but haven't experienced the problems myself since I got the PC version instead. I recommend getting Psychonauts on the PC.

Hey thanks for letting me know!^_^
even if people say the PS2 version is flawed,i'll probably get it anyway.

I see what you mean.i even though i have never played a Earthbound/Mother game,i found myself watching the ending to Mother 3 on Youtube.its so fucked up.i mean, everyone looks at happy at first, and then in the ending,a huge shower of meteorites hit the Earth, and then kill everyone, then incidently the world becomes re-born and all the main characters forget the whole game even happened.0_o

at least that what most people were saying happened in the ending.

I mean Super Mario Galaxy wasnt so bad...(greatest game ever apart from tetris). sony might as well. look at little big planet! but microsoft atm suck tbh. oh well!

I just hate Xbox360 because of its lack of variety.like people have mentioned before,it had nothing but like,850million first person shooters.and there is only like,2 platformer games on there.and they both aren't that great.i just hate the fact the FPS games have dominated the gaming world today.='(

Response to: Death of the Platformers! Posted April 11th, 2009 in Video Games

There is only one platformer i really liked compared to the older ones thats on a next-gen console is Tokobot.it was released a few years back, and its for the PSP.you bassically play as this little guy called Bolt, and you have a bunch of little robots called Tokobots, that follow you.you can command them in diffrent formations, and it you can even morph them into bigger robots!its a fun 3D platformer, and i got it for my birthday a few years back.although i didn't like it much back then because i got stuck on a puzzle.T_T

but yeah, thats the only Next-gen platformer i really like.i've played some others like Super Mario Galaxy, and it wasn't too bad,but i thought Mario Sunshine for the Gamecube was alot better.

I know this sounds weird..but i actually dont think that game is too bad.i know Bubsy's voice is annoying as hell, but the platforming is basic, and some times you just need that over complicated game mechanics.and besides, you can turn off his voice in the options menu...

I would play Bubsy3D anyday over playing some un-original FPS.(Time crisis is ok though, but thats the only FPS game i own.)
