I Use to weigh 340 pounds, but I exercised and got on a proper diet and I am now 234
(Im 6'2 so Healthy weight is at 210)
Plus I packed on allot of mussel form weight traning and uphill biking
All that was over 1 ½ Years, But it was soo worth it

Every brush sig I have seen, for the exception of 2 or 3, has been pretty bad. Or atleast not good.

Oh, I'll have to disagree; Mind you, its not absolutely necessary to have brush's in a sig to make it great.. But I can help alot
