Update to problem:

It seems that my issue is not just with the audio portal, but I can't even give ratings to flash in the portal. No idea why.

I've tried and checked all of the above. System restart, no effect. No firewall active. Strong wifi connection. Audio is sampled right and 3.3mb. I fail to see a reason why I can't upload after basic troubleshooting, I even cleared my browser cache, and still nothing. Does anyone have an answer?

I have been attempting for the better part of a day to upload an audio piece I've been working on, but when I click "Upload" at the bottom of the submission page my internet browser (Apple Safari, Firefox) will attempt to process my request and will continue to do so for hours until I stop the loading. Is there a reason for this, or do macs really suck?
