What everyone here is neglecting to mention is that the United States has just sealed its reputation as untrustworthy, conniving and disloyal.

The real damage has already been done.

Seeing as an attack on Canada would have the terrorist factions losing any sort of credibility and "sympathy" from the west, no, I do not fear them.

Ahah! A Finnish club. One of you kind sirs will surely help me with a little something. I would just like a translation of this song to English. I've been listening to it for over a year now, not knowing what the lyrics actually mean.

Turmion Katilot: Verta ja lihaa

Naaras (naaras)
rakasta (rakasta)
Minua (minua)
ja tätä lihaa
Ilman vihaa

Kaksin, voimme olla
Sinä, minun alla
Minä, sinun päällä
Yksin, minä

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

Raakaa, riestata
Rasvaa, rakkautta
Teknologinen mielen raiskaus
Sairaan kansan diktatuuri
Maailma on bordelli

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

Rautaa (rautaa)
on uros tuo
Ruhonsa (ruhonsa)
vie naaraan luo
Polttaa vaimon ja talon (Polttaa vaimon ja talon)
Oksentaa lattialle ja nauraa maailmanrauhalle

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

Rovioon astelkaa
Huutaa sielu ja raapii kynet
Voi kuinka se vihaa
Verta ja lihaa

P.S I have a couple more for you.. if its not too much trouble, that is.

Im still curious as to one thing though, do you have to memorize and go through katas as in other martial arts or no, because I have heard different answers from different people.
1) The point of a Kata is to practice a combination or chain of attacks, blocks, and parrys. So the awnser should be yes. I know that I did when I was studying it.
2) the reason the awnser may differ could depend on the level of experience the martial artist holds. Obviouslly a first dan white belt would'nt have to memorise a ten minuit kata.

Katas in Jiu Jitsu? Yes, and no. They are utilised specifically for exercise purposes. Katas are NOT a core element of Jiu Jitsu, unlike with Karate.

Eat protein. Don't buy into those expensive protein shakes, though.

Do buy QUALITY protein though. Something that'll deliver 25 + more grams of protein to 0-1 g of carbs, and 0g fat,

Eat healthy meats, such as fish, poultry, and to a lesser extent, lean beef and pork. Also eat chicken and beef liver, if you can stand the taste.

No, don't eat pork.

Also, eat beans and rice. The two are complementary proteins--the combination of the two create protein.

True, but the excess carbs are just extra junk in the trunk.

Also, drink skim milk. It's a good source of protein, but it's not as fattening as whole milk is.

There's a bit of truth! Drink your milk, and you'll grow strong, just like me.

First and last time EVER for posting of personal pic.

I'm not kidding, this is what I do.

Somewhat crude.. but to each his own. Sticking to high quality proteins and restricting carbohydrates is much more efficient, though.

Supplements only give you temporary gains. (Creatine forces water into your muscle, and thus it looks like you're getting big-- but really, it's just your muscles plumped with water, and that's all...)

The 3-3-3 method is an oldie, but it's been good. 3 liver tablets (or protein supplement), plus 3 amino acid pills-- every 3 hours.

Umm.. no. Creatine also grants a considerable increase in ATP, granting you that extra kick for a rep. It also helps alleviate, and in some cases eliminate muscle soreness after intense workouts,

Popping amino acid pills is complete garbage. You get all the essentials in your protein shakes and meat. Omega acid 3-6-9 tablets are recommended though, with every meal. I also forgot to mention that 6-oxo, or even ZMA before bedtime is also a plus.

I mean I doubled my muscle mass in just 2 months. I didn't have anything to start with but considering I actually became toned in just 2 months made me a believer in good health.

Doubling your muscles mass in 2 months? Unless you started off with 5 pounds of muscle, that smells of pure bullshit.

No offense Doofy, but I doubt you're benching over 200 lbs with the bulk you have on that frame of yours. Now all BS aside; I recommend you up your protein intake to 1.5 g your weight per day. If you want to get into supplements, you might want to try Creatine and Tribulus.. maybe some Maca as well. That's if you want to keep to "natural" bodybuilding.

Don't believe whatever the steroid heads tell you at the fitness shop.. those guys are the greatest con artists.

On another note, my "Direct X" doesnt work. (I dont know if that's relevent or if when I attempted to install that I hurt something else)

Reformatting is NEVER the first thing you should do to resolve a problem. Start with troubleshooting using internet information sources. If that fails, THEN use the system restore option. Again, if that fails, re-install your OS. As a last and final result, reformat.

David Berkowitz
(AKA the Son of Sam)

Originally believed to be a paranoid schizophrenic, David Berkowitz (the Son of Sam), claimed to be plagued by demons that came in the form of dogs, when the dogs would howl, that was their signal for him to kill. He said that the dogs would call out to him for blood and death, and their cry's would only stop by killing and assaulting over 6 New York women.

In a later interview Berkowitz revealed that the demon story was a conscious fabrication that he had made up to force the police into believing he was insane if he was caught. He also confessed that he would become sexually aroused when stalking his victims and would sometimes come back to the crime scenes and masturbate while envisioning his prior killings.

kill count: 6

Not too shabby.
