There are much more errors than just the fact that the body is a rectangle.
His arm is jutting out of his back for starters.
His hands look like pastries.

My main problem with this is the belt ammo for 2 reasons, with out the belt ammo, it would look like any ordinary necromancer, with the belt ammo, why? He has no guns, and if they are small enough to be concealed under his robe, than they probably wouldn't be belt fed. Maybe some combat vests or a helmet for that modern feel.
