I think they're doing the first 2 generations or something.

Response to: The Newgrounds Gijinka collab. Posted April 8th, 2010 in Art

Lets not have calling, lets just have the better art wins, calling is silly and people usually don't follow up on them, myself included case and point, the levels collab, there were so many unfinished calls.

Response to: The Newgrounds Gijinka collab. Posted April 8th, 2010 in Art

Kinsei, read the first page, in between my bitching I actually mentioned submitting

Response to: The Newgrounds Gijinka collab. Posted April 8th, 2010 in Art

Cyndiquil's and it's evolutions vary depending on the artist, just Google him and you'll get more than just tans and greens they even do it in the games and cards, now

Response to: Stall Door Collab Posted April 8th, 2010 in Art

I felt fornoreason had the right idea for a collab of this sorts so I copied him back when the first screw collab was still around.

January 10th? not gonna happen. There aren't even enough entries for one stall, let alone the 4 or 5 people were suggesting. So I think I'm gonna go Screw collab style and just go until there's enough.
Response to: Stall Door Collab Posted April 8th, 2010 in Art

God for it, as long as people submit, I'll work on it I have no real projects going on at the moment so I have the time to paint some stalls

This seems to come back to life every once in a while than die after a few posts.
Maybe now will be different, who knows.

Perhaps post an image that looks vaguely like a person, this is a lollipop with lips and a toupee

Response to: The Newgrounds Gijinka collab. Posted April 7th, 2010 in Art

This is getting silly, from both of you.
Aegis, yours aren't very detailed but they are clean and easily distinguishable to what they are supposed to be.
Both of you quit it.
And I'm not particularly fond of the fact that you guys are complaining about lack of effort and recognition when even though Dan is heading the collab, his stuff is sketchy and unfinished looking.
I've said it once and I'll say it again, this collab needs some serious reworking to get off the ground.
Specifically the size and the required coloring.

Streams/webcam Posted April 6th, 2010 in Where is / How to?

A few days ago, I downloaded avast antivirus, and since than I can no longer view streams or use my webcam without using programs to go around it, like manycam.
I tried uninstalling avast but that didn't seem to help and redownloaded flash player thinking that may be a problem for some reason, but still nothing.
Anybody got any idea how to fix this?

A better tablet wont make you a better artists, sad but true.
Get a stack of paper or a sketchbook and a pencil, its much cheaper and much less commitment.
On the not being able to make a straight line, if you are gonna do line art, you have to calibrate the tablet and you need to make quick strokes, or else they will come out squiggly
There really isn't much of a difference between bamboo and intuos so save your money, its just a little bigger drawing surface and has more buttons.
