Nice work emulating the font, did you just copy it or use a stencil?

The linework is kinda sloppy, it could use some cleaning up mostly around the pipes and wires and such where the lines overlap and go through in some places, the right(his left) arm is a little long compared to his other. And the head seems a bit on the large side and a little high up, it seems there would be a lot of unused space in there.

What he said. plus no shading
Clean up your lines a bit before you decide somethings done, use quick long strokes, not quick jagged lines.

Emulating a style isn't that difficult with a bit of practice so it makes since you can make your stuff look similar to sega, but the quality isn't similar.

I really don't see the appeal in sega's designs, they are all the same minus the species and the color scheme, anorexic, and kinda silly looking, especially when paired up with (semi)realistic people.

Another way to do it in photoshop is to select your white and the other color you want as your 2 color choices and go to Image>adjustments>gradient map
Both give the exact same result

Personally I'd much rather have a ps3 over a laptop, having both is totally beside the point.
Frankly I don't like laptops, netbooks are different, laptops overheat and anything half decent is usually otherworldly expensive.
Computer>ps3>laptop
despite the fact that this wasn't an argument.

Good work though, the random bush portrait just seems put in for the sake of having bush in there

I'd advise against that.

Something I'd definitely work on is line quality, your lines are really squiggly in some places and really rigid in others.
It doesn't look like you sketched this out before you drew, start doing that. As for the shading, going over the lines a lot and smudging them into shading will just fuck up the lines, take a lot longer and make the pic blurry and look like shit, just pencil in some shading and rub it with a papertowel or your thumb.
