w00t... daily feature with a 7-year-old Flash. Not deserved, but totally appreciated!

I think Sci-Fi Guys 6 will prove to be a standout episode next week. Dudley really gets to shine in that one. SFG7 I already posted last year, so the following week will be #8 and it's one of my favorites... the guys spoof Voltron in that one. Then #9 and #10, with the final one, #11, being a Christmas episode which I think I'm going to wait until late-November to post.

Glad people seem to like these old things. Meanwhile I've got some RAB19 musical pre-production in the works & hopefully I'll be able to post that one in the next month or two also, since RAB20 is still shooting for September for reasons I shan't get into right now. >:-)

Tom stated that most of these popular artists aren't exactly swimming in money. I agree for most of them, cept RAB. That guy sucks as much money out of every situation as possible. I really don't think he's all that poor.

Time to chime in.

I'm very happy to say that my DVD has supported me enough to buy a palatial mansion in the Hills, and three Lamborghini Gallardos, but when you stop and think about property taxes and car insurance, I'm sure you can agree that the bills can mount up and occasionally I am forced to buy brands of pate that I wouldn't even serve my dog.

The reality is, my income from RAB approximates free gas money. The truth is, I'm almost 37 years old and still just scraping things together. I live in a two-bedroom apartment in a Middletown crackhouse. I drive a 4-year-old Nissan. I'm not poor, but it's only because I'm employed otherwise.

I animate because I love it, and I love my RAB characters like my own kids and hope to keep making episodes. Most of all, I love my fans for being so supportive and appreciative of my efforts.

THANKS everyone for supporting RAB and helping me receive a top prize.

See you 'round the portal.

But... what do you think about Eric (Bauman) bribing a 17 year old?
http://www.newground../topic.php?id=511039

This is a disturbing story to say the least, but for the record, Eric contacted me three years ago when the first RAB hit Newgrounds, asking permission to post it, which I granted. I was a n00b back then (still am in many ways), but even still I knew a good thing when it came along, and millions of views qualifies in my book as a good thing.

Thanks again everyone! :o)

Right on time, the new Retarded Animal Babies DVD is available for immediate shipment. Thanks everyone for keeping this series alive, and I especially hope you enjoy EPISODE 16 which is a brain-busting sci-fi sequel to EPISODE 14.

To commemorate the arrival of the DVD, I even took pictures of the unveiling. It's kind of neat seeing over a thousand DVDs in one big pile.

I am a king-sized sellout, but this Lego shit is absolutely a horrible way to take money from you. I took way too many hundreds of hours to basically break even on how much all the brown and orange parts cost me...

Thanks for all the positive comments, lords and ladies. By the way, my leg feels great but the doctor says the bone fragments may be what's called "non-union" meaning they healed in two separate parts! That means I'll need another operation where they re-break the leg and apply more bone matter from my pelvis. Ouchie?

Thanks! Already got some orders...these things will probably all be gone very soon. It's almost worth the 1,000+ hours it took. Word of advice: never make custom Lego sculptures...do what Tom does and have Hominid action figures made in China instead! Maybe I'll look into that next. But the only thing I'm good at lately is ass-draggin'

Greetings and salivations! RAB12 is scripted and storyboarded, and is on its way come Springtime. It's Chocolatey delicious.

In the meantime, I've finally, finally, after almost a YEAR scouring the planet for new orange and brown Lego pieces, and painstakingly wrestling with 3D software getting nifty orthographic directions produced, completed and can now offer for sale... LEGO ANIMAL BABIES!

For the utmost retarded fan, I offer these custom-made mini-sculptures comprised of about 80 pieces each (the Donkey's got 114, while the li'l Hamster has only 36). There's only around 4 each available, and believe me, I will NEVER try to track down all the parts for them again, so if you want one, don't dawdle. They're for sale in my Bricklink shop. Click on 'sets,' 'show all' to see 'um. You'll need an account (free!), and from there you can make a Paypal payment or select a pay-by-mail option.

Hope this post wasn't too queer. The RAB12 news was at least worth mentioning. Or not.

Coolness everyone! Up to 830 signatures or so. Thanks for all the support and nice comments both here and on the petition. Keep the sigs coming...if it hits 1,000 or more it will go a LONG way towards validating the characters as an online favorite with a real, marketable following.

Today I am lounging on my easy chair, with my laptop on a TV tray. I'm wearing absolutely no bandaging on the leg for the first time ever. I'm keeping the dog away from it though, because the scar kinda looks like tasty pastrami and I'm afriad what she'll do to it.

Anyway. Thanks for everything!

Hey gang!

My latest endeavor using the Animal Babies characters is a 36-part daily comic strip series, viewable over at umop.com. It's called "Friendly Animal Babies" because the word 'Retarded' ain't gonna fly if I'm gonna try and get carried by any newspaper syndicates.

Speaking of that, it would help me greatly if you could sign (and spread the word about) an ONLINE PETITION I started up today, advocating the publication of the series. I would love to be able to show the syndicate fatcats a nice, plump list with thousands of names. Help me get into the funny papers!

In other news my shattered shin is looking better, at least on the outside. The ugly metal bars aren't going anywhere for a few more months, but at least the muscle graft has lost all its scabs, and the new skin is healthy enough for you to lick it if you want.

If anyone was remotely interested in your series you would have been contacted already....

Which means.. You have to get your ass up.. make phone calls.. and set up meetings, and get your whiney bitch ass over there.

Oh and don't tell them about your wife status.
that wont win them over

You're right, I should never have brought that up.

Hello,

I'm really going to try and make this brief. I try and fail every time...hopefully this time'll be different.

My wife and I separated last night around midnight. We're just going in opposite directions emotionally and in lots of other ways, too.

I want to use this as an excuse to start fresh in this too-short life, and get to doing what I really want to do: animate professionally. Specifically, making "Animal Babies" for a larger audience would be great (it does have a very good following already right here), but another series equally enjoyable would be great, too.

Here's why I'm posting this morning: I get a dozen emails a day from viewers telling me my characters belong on TV. Well, I don't know anyone in the industry, but I'm willing to bet at least a few of you 400,000 or so Newgrounds users might know-someone-who-knows-someone.

If you like my toons and actually give a crap, I'm formally asking you to ask your Mom, Dad, brother, cousin, neighbor, etc. if they know who I should talk to. If everyone who cared went out of their way to get me a contact, I'm sure I'd have lots of options to say the least.

I'm also sure I'll get tons of fakers yanking my chain and I'm probably insane for even sticking my neck out like this, but I've gotta bark up every tree if I'm going to try and persue this. And I'll buy you a car when I'm rich and fat.

Save your hate and your love. Save your well-wishings. I already know all these things are out there for me, and I appreciate 'em. What I need now is real, practical networking.

Thanks in advance.

Shit, I knew this would be a long post.

It's funny....RAB has gotten so freakin' controvertial (aside from all the naughty bits I can't help but stick into it). 99.99% of its viewers are definitely NOT on thefence about how they feel about it. It's either loved or hated. Either way, I can't help but be happy with either way. If I can make something people feel that strongly about, no matter what that feeling is, it's an impact.

On the other hand, people felt pretty strongly about Hitler, too. At least I'm not burning bodies here. Just brain cells...
