Well, it might be hard to see, but here is the Shifter without a mask. Being a shape-shifter, he can warp his body in all kinds of fun ways (i.e. Zappy Tentacles of Death)

Oh, by teh way, those cloak-ed lads are called Shifters. They are shape-shifters (no surprise there) and they are immensely powerful. Their Masks are their only giveaway to their shiftiness (heh heh... lame), so therefore the one without the Mask is the most powerful. Oh, yes, if a Masked Shifter gets its Mask taken off, it dies. There is a lot more behind this story, but that's all I feel like doing now. ask me if you have questions.
