2nd work is my take on "The hare" From aesops fable "The hare and the tortoise", if you haven't guessed there is a running theme ( I plan on re-drawing/animating the tale for my FMP in college ).

Hi, long time no post.

I just wanna show the ng'ers what i've been upto in the last 2 TEDIOUS hours.

The first image is a re-drawing of my take on "The tortoise" from aesop's fable "The hare and the tortoise". Originaly started as a pencil sketch>Coloured pencils>Outline in black pencil (Didn't come out like i would like)>Outline in biro >Final cross hatch in biro.

It's not that i want critisism to "Change" as these WONT be changed. That said it'd be nice to hear people's opinions :D

Thanks for all the feedback, The original idea behind this was for a kids tv show so im glad the "Cuteness" came across. That's also why the art isn't highly detailed as it just wouldn't fit in otherwise.

I'll keep working on it and give you an update in the next day or 2...cheers.

All i mean is that the reason you drew the "beams" and rocket hands are to avoid drawing for many cases the hardest part of sketching a character. (Arms/ Legs) if i mis-read your intentions forgive me, but that's what 80% of artists who avoid limbs are doing.

Still i wish you luck in your future art :P

It's all about "Spontinaity" , open up photoshop and go crazy , add brushes emboss them motion blur them mozaic them , do anything that "may" or "maynot" look good

Ignore all the previous posts, they were'nt helpful at all.

1. The split in the middle to show the change in (Time) is abit sharp , so it looks like 2 completely different peices rather than a "WHOLE" Image.

2. You really have to work on your anatomy here, checking your profile it seems that you seem to follow this rule of anatomy you currently have. I'd suggest going on website's like "Posemaniacs" and im guessing your a porn freak (being 13...i remember those days) so after you've cleaned up don't close it down. Sketch these women in these awkwardly bent posistions it'll help your anatomy drawing 10 fold.

3. Your sketching leaves alot to be desired, it just "Scribblefill) basicly, take note in where the primary light source is and work off that to cast highlights/lowlights.
