No it really does exist. I've driven by it (I live in Nevada). It's probably projected as an alien secret in popular culture but I think it's just secret military operations. If there were any secrets it would be too sophisticated or trivial that it wouldn't matter to the common person.

Master of Puppets was the best, Kill 'Em All was the second best (especially Cliff Burton's bass solo), they kinda lose their thrash sound towards the Black Album and so on. I personally like Megadeth better, but old Metallica is definitely worth listening to.

Prostitution is decided by the state government, that's why it's legal in areas of Nevada. Making prostitution legal in the entire US would conflict with opinions. Same thing with same-sex marriage. Although polygamy is part of religion, it could potentially risk somebody's security, which is illegal.
