duno how that works out at the exchange rate around the world, but the quality of the weed we get in manchester is very splendid. The only peice of advice I'd give to a struggling stoner is to buy in bulk so you get more for your money, and maybe to 'put in' with other stoners so you all pay less. The heavy ones really watch their money, and go all like "yeh...But I paid that much..That equals that much weed as my part" etc.
The others...Well...They just smoke it all in one night etc.

I got money from time to time, and enough stoner buddies who like to share it etc ^^ I don't care about my part, but I still like to smoke everyday. I'm still social while smoking etc, and smoke alot at parties (and drink..But that's not the topic eh.)
