style-less and unoriginal

the first pumpkin carving i've ever done, wasn't that hard but working on a spiracle surface was a bit difficult and getting a decent pic of it wasn't easy.

you always try and be random, but trying to be random isnt anyones style and its probly one of the most unoriginal things you can do these days. i would like to see what you can do with a bit more time, you drawings aint all that bad but i would like to see the "randomness" gone and bring a bit more meaning and passion into your art.

and this? ive put some more detail on the gun and given him feet but ive also put a cig packet strapped to his helmet, not sure if it works or not or if its the wrong colour.

i was thinking more about getting used to using single clean lines instead of the sketchy style, it cleans up pictures alot and makes you think more about the shapes of objects.

tryed inking? i think it would suit your drawing style. you might also wanna try messing with perspective a bit, its not that your drawing are flat or anything like that. its just in general you cant have enough perspective.

thats fair, as long as its clear i didnt trace the image. its a bit unfortunate the same image had to be posted so much and clog up this thread. just think a bit more before you accuse people of carbon-copying images de-cider.

depth and perspective are what make drawings like this more interesting, all ive done here is moved the bottom of the picture upwards to give a closer to correct perspective of the road.

the way i see it, you traced it OR you edited the real thing .. really + don't add other
peoples things here + NOT telling it that the idea is from ...

i did say were it was from, considering it is quite a popular image on DA and other sites i didnt think that properly referencing it was needed as im not selling the image. iScribble is an online art program and it is impossible to trace images onto it. i think it may be still up on the site too so that proves it isnt manipulated for the original.

Not only did you not create the concept, the entire thing is copied line for line. You could have changed it at least a little.
