Try this Before I went into the military I was 220 and now I'm down to 170 but funny enough as it is I was 195 in January and now I'm 170 so believe me anybody can lose the weight. I like to say smoking has really helped in curving the crave of my appetite and also the fact while I'm at work I'm sweating my behind off all day long so that really helps. GOD I feel great about losing the weight :)

yes this is true. Yea the only virus I've ever messed with was one on a friends computer and all it did was cut him off from using the internet. But I do have to say it was tricky cause the minute I removed the viru and restarted the computer it jumped from the folder that was deleted to another empty folder so I was playing cat and mouse with the virus for like 30 minutes lol
