Actually, I have had Audacity sinse 1998 or something like that. So I don't know what you are smoking. Maybe it has only been available to DOWNLOAD from dl.com since 2004...

Pretty much. The project started in 1999, but it wasn't downloadable until 2004. It's been around for a long time, just not available until 2 years ago.

I use Garageband, but I hope to soon have Cubase. Garageband, at least the version I have, isn't too great for making music.

Maybe one of your friends mass downloaded it. I remember NeoSoviet submitted a song and within a few hours he had 700 downloads. Either the author is mass downloading, or someone that the author knows may be doing it to get them attention or to trick the person.

I listen to the AP more than Signed Artist. Like right now I'm listening to Demon_Slayer12. I like it because there's a lot of it and it's all free. :D

Heh, I know my music sucks. I've been working with music for about 4 years, almost 5, and I've been making music for about 4 months. I'm having a hard time of putting my current knowlegde of playing music into the music I make. Plus, all I have is GarageBand and I'm having finding a better Music Creator/Editor for OS X that I like, and the thread didn't help me at all. :(

One day I'll get Windows... one day...
