I would help but I blow at programming
So you would help... how? lol
But we need descriptions on what to do, is it an overhead RPG, and what else have you planned to include?
Money is also always tempting, lol
yes. it is an overhead rpg (if by that you mean like.. i guess how the camera is in final fantasy games)
The battle system goes like this:
1st. it has both teams on opposite sides (like most turn based rpgs) with a bunch of invisable squares underneath the floor. whoever has the best speed out of the monsters and the players characters will go first, but instead of choosing an attack and then watching a clip of your charactor attacking, you choose your attack (such as a normal attack, or various magic attack) and you will move closer to the opponent that you choose to attack. that area wouldn't be too big, you may reach them in one turn, or it may take 2. If any of you have ever played Heroes of Might and Magic, battle plays similar to that.
another thing would be moving around the map. it plays similar to final fantasy games, except instead of random battles every few footsteps, there will be monsters, and if they touch you, then battle begins.
there are some other things, if anyone is interested i can explain more.
