I believe that on the day Newgrounds was born, if this isn't already a thing, instead of a marking of the grand sites birthday, instead, it should be an appreciation day.

So... if you read my other post, or didn't I don't care- I got a job at my grocery store (Market Basket) as a bagger, well, it was embarrassing as fuck.
First off- This old lady wanted a 6-bottle pack of Diet Coke. They don't fucking sell those where I live, so I just grabbed a 12 pack for her cause that's what I could find and she was freaking out about it.
Second off- I tried putting 3 diet cokes into a plastic bag (In my defense I was tired and I had to do it really fast so I just thought 'Hey, why not three' and I know it's retarded to do) and the bag broke so I was like -Fuck, fuck fuck- and got a double-bag for her for her diet cokes and she laughed at me.
I just felt like a huge faggot the whole time I was there... and it sucked. But hey, moneys money.

My first one i'm really working on is about a guy that gets caught into his brain that creates a world of his own. He has to go through memories, whether good or tradgic and has to solve his lifes puzzle in order to get out.
Basically asking, "What's the meaning of life?" by giving you memories that have shown you what you've done in your life, whether someone died or you got a good grade on a math test, and show you that your ups and downs are driven by action and fate itself. I think it's a good concept.

I think internet culture has changed over the years, where people don't stick around for the community. Instead they want some pseudo-celebrity status by attracting as many fans and views as possible.
Well I think wanting fame isn't bad but it's bad for the wrong reasons. Some people just want the feel that they are above all others, which is something you just sound like an asshole about. Also people want to be noticed, which isn't bad, just make sure you are noticed for the right reasons. If your work looks like ass, and you represent yourself as an ass people won't like you. You just have to grow, and not a lot of people can grow if they are held back. Remember Egoraptors first cartoon?

A lot of people are leaving (and have) Newgrounds for reasons that, kind of make no sense to leave for.
I understand as an animator, writer, and vocalist (many other jobs) that you do them for various reasons. One of those reasons could be to get your work known and have a name for yourself, another reason could be for money (the stupidest reason, but when you think about money everyone needs it, and that's what you WORK for, money. It could be your job or your want-to-be-full-time job. This is understandable but to a point) or just because you love what you do, I personally love being a writer. As stated before, i'm currently trying to write two books and also i'm going to be publishing my debut work accompanied by Trina (TrinaTan, Female Voice Actor) and Josiah (TheGhostofMarz, Animator and Secondary Male Voice Actor) and of course, I wrote it.
I do what I do because it's fun as fuck. Literally, there's NEVER been a dull-moment where I said to myself, "This sucks." because if I did I wouldn't do it.
But getting to the point, people are leaving Newgrounds because they just aren't... known.
This kills me. I created Hail Santa so all of us could boost off of eachother and GET known. So that we may all grow and produce content with eachother and after the days work, relax and just have fun. Maybe play some video games. Who knows.
Now, Cronizone, why does it bother you? It's just what they want to do and how they produce their work. They don't even know you nor care, so why do you?
I care for everyone. If I hate you, I still care. If I love you, I obviously care. If I like you, I obviously care. I care for anyone on Newgrounds, because no matter what they do they have a purpose. No matter what you choose to do, you have a purpose.
And I like you and care for you.
At the end of the day, if you are leaving because nobody likes your work or cares for your work, remember this.
A lot of people don't care about me and probably hate me, but you know something? Those people aren't apart of my zone, the Cronizone. (that was cheesy as fuck but needed) You're a Newgrounds User. You have a purpose. If you need help, try contacting someone. If nobody can help you, contact me. I'm here for you, and I care about you.
It just erks me that people don't want to be apart of this community because they aren't quite 'known' but remember this, great people came from this site. Left for numerous reasons, if even personal. But always remember there are people on here that want you to grow, especially Hail Santa and myself. Don't let your faults and anyone elses get in your way.
