Well, the Habs won it in double overtime. Good game. Now comes the crucial point in every series.
Game 3.
Statistically, whoever wins this game of a playoff series has gone on to win it. 4 series are tied at 1-1 (DET/EDM; CAL/ANA; NAS/SJS and OTT/TBL) and 4 teams take 2 game leads into their third series game (DAL/COL; CAR/MTL; NJD/NYR; BUF/PHI)
All over the next few days, the mist shall be raised and more will be made clear about these series.

Yeah, I used to love the battles of Nomar and Jeter in the Yanks - Sox matchups. 'Nomar's Better' being the chant at Fenway, but the highly original 'Jeter's Better' retort from the Yankees fans in the Bronx matchups.

I'm really enjoying my new guild. They are always up for a laugh and are helping my quest for epics, by going to UBRS, Stratholme (Baron run) and Scholomance to get my beaststalker set sorted out.
I know I struggled in Zul'Gurub, but they were getting ready to kick one of the hunters from outside of the guild, because he was being a ninja, taking every coin and bijou that he could get his filthy hands on.
He won't ever come to Zul'Gurub with Evolved again, that's for sure.

A lot of times I die but mostly this works really well.
I do sit around STV with my level 60 hunter watching Local Defense and I do go to the aid of people. This usually occurs when I'm waiting for my group to arrive for Zul'Gurub. I love that instance, it is one of the best (Though I want to go to Onyxia's Lair)
Well, game 2 of the Avs and Stars series tonight. I'd like to think Colorado can take both of the road games, but a split of the first 2 helps us no end.
Looking forward to it.

It's close, but I think you've taken it. I'll blame it on the fact of 2 rest days for my Yankees (not to be confused with Bankees :P), Damon, Matsui, Giambi and Jeter.
When Giambi got his bat out against the Os, he really left them reeling last night. 5RBIs, 2 HRs
Ok, Schumacher won. That was almost a given, when you take into account the location of the circuit and of Ferrari's Maranello base.
Jenson Button's mis-communication in the pits wrecked some equipment and nearly admitted his mechanics to the local burns unit.
Your thoughts?
I think Raikkonen will move to Ferrari, though as a McLaren fan, I'd love to see Alonso and Raikkonen in the same spec machines to really test their mettle, just like the days of Senna / Prost.

Right the summer is officially here (The cricket is underway and my season starts on Wednesday) That means I'll be living it up outside and offers some flimsy explanation why my average points per day is about to fall.
I'm hoping to make up for that by collecting bucket loads of points when I'm in the office.

Bad luck, you need to be inside the top 300. Denvish has a stat pull done by Liljim, I think, so you'll be put on the list, the update after you hit #300 or better.

And will take some beating this year.
Dallas/Colorado: Dallas took the season series 3-1, have been playing nominally better than Colorado lately, and Colorado isn't going to be the same without the big name players they had in previous playoff seasons.
I think with some key players coming back from injury for the Avs, we could have a great series on our hands. The kingpin is Theodore. If he can step up his tending, we'll be contenders.
Calgary/Anaheim: They split the series 2-2, Calgary's got home ice, and I'll be damned to pick a team based on a movie.
This one is going to be the closest of the series. Anaheim still have good players, and Calgary is the defending West Champs. Goaltending is at a premium here, both being great examples of their position.
Nashville/San Jose: Like I said the 4/5 seeded series is a tossup, they both are playing well of late, and split the series, but I feel that San Jose will take this one.
Nashville are pinning their hopes on a less well established goalie than Tomas Vokoun. They will be very lucky to survive against the most potent one-two combination in the NHL
Ottawa/TB: Ottawa owns the Lightning this season 4-0, but TB are the defending champs, so they should make it interesting.
I said the Lightning would collapse without Khabibulin, but they have done a great job to reach the playoffs. Don't expect them to stop there. Ottawa have the players and Ray Emery carried my fantasy team in the goalie stakes late on. Will his inexperience prove to be the sens' downfall?
Carolina/Montreal: Carolina also killed the Canadiens 4-0 this year and Eric Staal was a madman. Adding Rex and Weight only make them look stronger.
This looks one sided. Carolina has great stuff (from Gerber in net, to Staal and Weight up front) Eric Cole needs at least round 2 to make a comeback, expect to see him play playoff hockey this year.
NJ/NY: As much improved the Rangers were this year, New Jersey is hot and Brodeur always comes through.
Rookie goalies usually get eaten alive in the playoffs, but I'm not so sure with Lundqvist.
Buffalo/Philly: Even though Buffalo won the season series I can't pick against my Flyers. Forsberg steps up when it counts so if he's healthy he will eat up Buffalo's rookie Goaltender.
Phillie have the power, the depth and the skills to overhaul Buffalo. Expect to see it happen.

Think of it as evolution, dear boy. We English are merely putting ourselves in positions of management, so manual labour has to be shifted to places like Eastern Europe and India.
Besides, I don't really like FRENCH car companies coming here and building their inferior cars on English soil.
