Pimp is a collection of users all logging in to the same account. The problem with this account is that it's only there to gain experience points.

Pimp, or his collective syndicate, are not addicted to Newgrounds. People like me are addicted to Newgrounds, as we indulge in most aspects of the site. I fact, the only real region of the site that I don't partake in is creating flash and audio. I think I will at some point - I just need to get some money together first. When the finances are sorted, I can buy the expensive equipment.

Damn, we've lost a good player there. I hope we can get someone to step into the breach to replace him.

Yesterday, we signed Darcy Tucker to a 2 year contract. My first reaction - BUST! Never really been a fan of Darcy and why would we want players that Toronto don't want?

The Capitals signed G Jose Theodore to a two-year contract. Theodore, 31, became an unrestricted free agent on July 1 after playing out a three-year, $16 million contract. The Avalanche replaced Theodore by signing G Andrew Raycroft to a one-year deal worth an undisclosed sum.

I think Raycroft has got decent potential, as he wasn't too bad for the Bruins and he managed to win 37 games with the Leafs in one season. Maybe he's got a chance with us. I'm somewhat surprised about the goalie merry-go-round this year, as I never saw it coming.

Granted, Chicago did need a goalie to shore up where Khabibulin and Lalime had been doing a half-decent job. They've got a good young core of players and the addition of Huet probably makes them into a contender.

Losing Theodore does free up some cap space for us, but if we've spent all of that on Darcy Tucker, FUCK YOU WASHINGTON!

More recently, the Avalanche solidified their blueline by re-signing JM Liles and Adam Foote to contracts. The Leafs also signed D Jeff Finger from the Avalanche to a 4-year deal worth $3.5 million a season.

Liles and Foote are the only two bright sparks on the Blue line from last year for the Avs. Losing Jeff Finger isn't so bad. Just need to see how the replacement corps can step up and play.

Actually, it's front loaded. 8 million the first year, 7 the second. Pretty clever, actually, because of how the cap works. They'll be paying him 8 mill, but the cap 'hit' work on the average amount of money per term. In this case, 4.5 million. Later on in the deal when he'll only be making 2 million but still 'hitting' them for the 4.5, they can buy him out.

That's fucking genius. I never knew about devious ploys like that *contacts Brian Cashman*

Still, it's difficult to believe that such a mediocre player is going to make 8 million dollars.

Two Crocodiles were sitting at the side of the Thames the Houses of Parliament. The smaller one turned to the bigger one and said, 'I can't understand how you can be so much bigger than me. We're the same age, we were the same size as kids. I just don't get it.'

'Well,' said the big Croc, 'what have you been eating?'

'Politicians, same as you,' replied the small Croc.

'Hmm.Well, where do you catch them?'

'Down the other side of the river in the parking lot by the Houses of Parliament.'

'How do you catch them?'

'Well, I crawl up under one of the cars and wait for one to unlock the door. Then I jump out, grab them by the leg, shake the crap out of them and eat them!'

'Ah!' says the big Crocodile, 'I think I see your problem. You're not getting any real nourishment. See, by the time you finish shaking the crap out of a Politician, there's nothing left but an arsehole and a

WHAT PART OF YOUR BODY GOES TO HEAVEN FIRST?

The nun teaching Sunday School was speaking to her class one morning and she asked the question, 'When you die and go to Heaven...which part of your body goes first?'

Suzy raised her hand and said, 'I think it's your hands.'

'Why do you think it's your hands, Suzy?'

Suzy replied, 'Because when you pray, you hold your hands together in front of you and God just takes your hands first.'

'What a wonderful answer!' the nun said.

Little Johnny raised his hand and said, 'Sister, I think it's your feet.'

The nun looked at him with the strangest look on her face. 'Now, Little Johnny, why do you think it would be your feet?'

Little Johnny said, 'Well, I walked into Mummy and Daddy's bedroom the other night Mummy had her legs straight up in the air and she was saying, Oh ! God, I'm coming!' If Dad hadn't pinned her down, we'd have lost her.'

The Nun fainted.

Exactly, once you get used to the forums themselves, you rarely head into General, as there are specialist topics that don't get spammed as much.

I say it can be saved and made into a better place, but it needs moderators with backbone, who are willing to stand up to the spam.
Most mod's now just lock threads without giving a good reason why, and newer user's don't learn from there mistakes.

It's not that they lock the threads and don't give a good enough explanation, but they get so many to lock. *Checks the coolometer* This level reads at 10 megafonzies, so it's pretty cool.

I sense some sort of Phoenix Wrong episode being submitted to the portal :P

Also, later today... GFOX SHALL OPEN "TEH LEGENDARY BOX THAT IS ORANGE."

Orange Box? Could it contain Citrus Fruits that have matching names and colours?

Thanks for the update, Bahamut.

I'm close to rising a rank, despite being the first of the two people to bump Dream-of-Duke this week. Considering that I've been battling a slow portal for the most part this week, I'd better knuckle down and get a good week going again for the next update.

It's quite gripping to see me dancing in the averages with Dakka942. This little rivalry could be the pacing help I could use to put Mr. Duke in the background for a very long time.

Thanks for the update, Auz. Only 15 more reviews to gain to become the penultimate reviewer with 1,000+ Reviews.

Top 10 this update:
01) +420 | XwaynecoltX
02) +364 | Molotov
03) +026 | wegra2007
04) +020 | Chris-Aldin
05) +016 | YoinK
06) +016 | Aznime
07) +009 | Coop83
08) +009 | Sk8ergirl14

OMG, we've got some sick paces from X and Molotov again. I think I'm within reach of the others paces for a fortnight, so I'd better get cracking on this period's reviews then

PS3 has Metal Gear Solid 4 and will have Final Fantasy XIII in the near future.

Never really been much of an MGS fan - I grew out of Final Fantasy when I hit 20 as well :P

Come to think of it, I've never been much of a Halo fan, either, but since it's not my Xbox, I'll gladly carry on playing on it :P

Well, you were the only other user to gain 10+ ranks and I thought that it's a pretty special achievement, so what the hey.

HAHAHAH, yes. You did come up with something. I knew you could. #;-}> DOUBLY SO.

Yeah, took me about 5 of the 26 minutes right there :P

Sorry about that, Bonus. :::nudges him aside gently::: I fucked ya nice 'n' gentle, okay? REMEMBER THAT.

Total Saves Gained for June: 38,126
Oh HELL YEAH. 38k gained. Man. I wish I could break myself off just 10% of that. A nice 3,800 take out of nowhere. That'd cut my amount of saves needed by nearly 50% as of now. #;-}>

You're well above the 254 average gain for the month. That's a very positive position to be in, considering you only lost a nominal amount of ground to me this time around :P

Hahahahahaha.

Try looking under disc 2 for season 3. That's happened to me before, as has me putting a dvd on top of a PS2 game in the machine and getting ready to watch, then seeing the game loading up...
Uh... yeah, dude. Trust me, the first place I looked a year ago when I first lost it was in all the other Futurama disc slots. And I looked again in all of them while I was trying to locate which disc was missing when posting that information in this very topic a week ago or whenever.

It may very well be in with some DVD movie or some game case, yes.

I just thought I'd try to lend a hand. It'll turn up when you're not looking for it. Watch the rest of the DVDs and stop looking for it.

For me, it's a close call between Zapp Brannigan and Nixon. The whole "he was really like this" angle really works for me with Nixon.
Hmmm... a case can be made for either of those two, yes.

"*sips* Ah, pre-war scotch... Dammit Kif, where's the little umbrella?! That's what makes it a scotch on the rocks!

Actually sir *squelch*

Make me a new one."

On a side note, Play.com dispatched my copy of The Beast with a Billion Backs yesterday, so the update could take me a while tomorrow...
Ah, so it's billion, not thousand like buster was saying. #;-}>

Makes sense. BBS... BBB... every damned Futurama DVD has to have maximal B's apparently. O_O

Well, the next one is called Bender's Game (Night Fever, anyone?) and it's released in November 2008, while The Wild Green Yonder is released in April 2009.

*Puts tBwaBB into the DVD player and enjoys*

And GTA 4 (not that X-Box 360 doesn't have that as well, of course).

DON'T FORGET THE GTA. #;-}>

Yeah, but GTA isn't a PS3 Exclusive title.

The whole way that he used the //End Thread\\ to try and state that this thread should be locked. I was thinking that maybe we should get a new thread for this, but I think that morons like him need to be stricken from the records.

The rankings show the top 50, but if you'd have looked at the other 2 posts that I've added after the top 50, you would see that I've also shown users 51-150 there. I've also given detail of pacings for the month that each user is achieving.

There's more to stats than just numbers.
I think you've overlooked the 99% certainty that darknessdweller doesn't even know you're updating the list now.
