I agree, but it's all part of the challenge :)
I think it's good all the wars are a bit different, so you can try out different strategies, made for each war.

I'm done, sent it to you now. I didn't have time to do fun stuff like a nice victory-dance or speakerboxes like I usually do, and it looks bad, but hey xD

If I'm really lucky, I may have time to fix those things before it's too late ^^

I've fixed it now as well, though, a little differently :)
I keep a local copy of the bullet array, then check if there are any new bullets. If there are, I find out where they are, and if they are "inside" me, then I assume they were shot by me. A little pointless, but meh :P

My bot's dodging his own bullets. Why not add a property saying who shot each bullet? Would save me some time, and more importantly, the processing power of everyone :)

I'm all for upping the bullet speed, I wanna see how my dodging does. Though that might be unfair to those who're done. Ah well..

Oh, and I might post a video in a while :) making it more pwnage :P

Topic: Convert TO Midi ?

Posted: 04/27/08 05:00 PM

Forum: Audio

The truth is, there's no program that'll ever do the job as well as your ear. I suggest you try picking out songs by ear, it's a lot more fun, and if you stick to it, it'll only take a few weeks to become fairly fast. Trust me, it will aid your musicianship a lot.

Or you could just go easy and ask the author for it. :P

Topic: Flash = Hacking Software???

Posted: 03/01/08 11:46 AM

Forum: Flash

BSD, Lunix, Debian and Mandrake are all versions of an illegal hacker operation system, invented by a Soviet computer hacker named Linyos Torovoltos, before the Russians lost the Cold War. It is based on a program called "xenix", which was written by Microsoft for the US government. These programs are used by hackers to break into other people's computer systems to steal credit card numbers. They may also be used to break into people's stereos to steal their music, using the "mp3" program. Torovoltos is a notorious hacker, responsible for writing many hacker programs, such as "telnet", which is used by hackers to connect to machines on the internet without using a telephone.

Your son may try to install "lunix" on your hard drive. If he is careful, you may not notice its presence, however, lunix is a capricious beast, and if handled incorrectly, your son may damage your computer, and even break it completely by deleting Windows, at which point you will have to have your computer repaired by a professional.

If you see the word "LILO" during your windows startup (just after you turn the machine on), your son has installed lunix. In order to get rid of it, you will have to send your computer back to the manufacturer, and have them fit a new hard drive. Lunix is extremely dangerous software, and cannot be removed without destroying part of your hard disk surface.

LOL
