My friend recently told me about a problem she has and it interested me greatly. The problem is that if she thinks about swallowing she constantly swallows until she stops thinking about it.

Now see this wasn't as much of a problem before because it would only happen at night, and she would swallow so much she would get so exhausted go to sleep. But now its become more serious to where it continues through out the entire day, and it frustrates the hell out of her.

So I was just wondering does anybody else have or heard about someone who has this problem? Any more info on it? Discuss the problem.

Hmm.. I have had a sharp pain in the left part of my chest before, but my arm didn't go numb and it only lasts for like 10 seconds. I also just looked this up on google and I didn't find anything. I'd contact a doctor, because it doesn't sound normal.
