Can you even animate with HTML5?
In the scope of Animation development - Flash is still king.
But the general use of Flash as an API, hopefully; will decrease drastically as HTML5 takes hold.
On a performance standpoint, HTML5 will squash anything that it can use that Flash can as well.
Flash will still be around for higher-end uses though.

It's a matter of the human mind coping with something it wouldn't otherwise be able to handle.
Emotional/Psychological stress can be as damaging to the body as physical damage.
So, once the human mind reaches a breaking point, it will either break - and you'll see a nervous breakdown, or Stockholm Syndrome.

Russian hackers have already used cyber warfare to cripple the IT infrastructure of a foreign country and has done similar shit to Georgia and South Ossetia. The problem is that the attacks on Estonia were made by private citizens with their own botnets. There was no evidence of government involvement whatsoever, much like this story about "China" hacking the NYT, when in reality it's just a bunch of bored teenagers.
That is generally the case with Chinese hackers. People like Javaphile (who took over the White House website eons ago) - are just regular joes with a computer and a lot of time on their hands.
I've never grasped why this happens - but a fuck ton of those dudes get together, kill a bunch of time, and run any exploit they can find.
I remember hearing a rumor at one time that the Chinese Government would reward the citizens who commited cyber crimes against the United States.
I read Relentless by him, he's kinda bland imo. I don't know, it's very hard to get into his books.

You know, I've heard a lot about Adventure Time, and I've seen commercials for it and thought to myself "Wow, that reminds me of Ren and Stimpy" with the sort of surreal animation behind it.
Does it have any Adult Double Entendres like Animaniacs had?

This.
The 80s and 90s brought endless amount of gems to the Animated/Cinematic world.
Holy shit, the production quality of this, granted for what it is, is fucking amazing.

Yes you can unlock a GSM phone, with an unlock code. Sometimes provided by your carrier, otherwise they're figured out by unconventional means.
On the note of this, thanks to a particular clause in the DMCA (Dumbest fucking law ever) - as of last Saturday it is now illegal to unlock your GSM - Carrier Branded phone inside the United States without explicit written permission of the carrier.
That's right. Murica.

He makes some damn good music, I vote we talk about how awesome his music is.

I've never linked a youtube video on newgrounds, so here's to hoping it loads.
I used to be more active on Last.FM for the Radio service it offers, plus the scrobbling is nice.
However; the overall quality of music on there doesn't really hold up, imo, to what stuff like Pandora and Slacker Radio generates.
It's a bit of a double-edged sword imo.

I change my audio output devices frequenctly and haven't had this issue of Windows 7. I did have it on XP a couple of times, though. Although for squidbits sake it would be nice if this was the solution.
Sometimes - but to be honest. I'm more inclined to blame drivers for this issue. Rather than windows.
I have instances where I plug in an HDMI cable to feed video and sound from my laptop, to my TV - It will switch automatically, then once I unplug the HDMI cable, it'll still be trying to feed Audio through it.
So yeah, sometimes when audio output sources are changed, you gotta go about and change shit around until it's ready.

It was a speaker/mp3 player thing. It was also 3.5MM, though, if that matters. How would I go about fixing that?
Bring up the window I mentioned in my previous post. By right clicking the small speaker on your windows taskbar ( by your clock) - then hit "Playback Devices."
Right clicking each option that appears should give you a window that looks like this.
Now, from here, this may be completely dependent on your system, and if you post a screenshot of the window I have uploaded I can offer some assistant, but by switching something like "Speakers" or "Headphones" to "Set to default device"
Be mindful, my right-click menu doesn't show this option because my speakers are already my default playback device.

If it's all just thrown under one lump sentence, then if he's acquitted of one charge by a faulty trial (it's happened) then the real merit of his sentence needs to be maintained.
You might say the same thing for some fellow who has a 80 year sentence for 3 counts of second-degree murder.
You may effectively say "well, that's the rest of his life, just give him life." Then if one of those sentences were overturned for some reason. that could effectively take 25-30 years off the sentence. Thus giving him a 60-65 year sentence. So, he might have a few years outside of the system.
While I realize that 982 years is a radical jump from the plausible - it's all for the sake of detailed record keeping and consistency.
At 1/27/13 12:01 AM, TurkeyBased wrote: we need to stop playing god
We aren't. I can't imagine how gathering a basic understanding of the universe around us is 'playing god'.
However; the research of the Universe around us is detrimental for the survival of our species as a whole.
For various reasons, the Earth will, at some point in the future, become inhabitable.
Our sun will expand as it begins to run out of Hydrogen Fuel and as it's surface comes closer to the surface of Earth, not only will the temperature of Earth rise, but as a result of that, for various reasons, the possibility of life on our planet won't exist anymore.
Sure, this is billions of years away, but that's not the only issue we face on our humble little planet, such as usable resources.
So, it's important that we, as humans, begin each day by finding a means to lead ourselves to other planets that we can use for resources and potentially live on, and each bit of knowledge about the universe around us brings us another step closer to that.

In regards to giving consent - why the fuck is it even needed?
There is no risk to the dog, no pain, no suffering, no trials or tribulations.
It's just a dog, releasing hormones, into some woman.
Even on a psychological level, the dog has no sense of being taken advantage of.
He's probably happier than a pig in shit when he's blowing his load into that woman.
I don't know if it's just me, but I've been following the events of the 'Event Horizon Telescope' for some time now, eager for those fuckers to get those telescopes lined up and start taking some photos of some sexy black holes.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/50550282/ns/technology_and_scien ce-space/#.UQSyP7_QjK4
For those of you who don't know - We, as humans, have never taken a direct image of a black hole. Everything you've seen in regards to them are either X-Ray Emissions or Generated Simulations.
We know where black holes are - however; they're either too small, being in the centers of galaxies they're surrounded by millions of stars, or both.
The Event Horizon Telescope is a project however, by using telescope arrays all across the globe. They plan to combine their power and generate an image (to start with) looking similar to what is detailed in the link above.
I'm excited as fuck for these results, we won't actually see a black hole, but we'll be able to see the point in which light no longer is able to turn back from it's gravitational pull.
Carl Sagan and Einstein would be so proud.
DragonBall Z stopped being good after the Cell Saga.
It should've stopped years ago, but it won't. It makes money, and the cash cow goes moo.
