yeah i'm working on anatomy and getting human form (or atleast with how i use it) down alot better, just getting things to look right even though i draw everything kinda warped and mesed up, trying to get better at anatomy

heres another doodle, well started as a doodle but spent more time on it then most

I really liked the jaw head idea and wanted to continue it so i drew the head in english class, got bored in physics and drew a body, and shaded it during math instead of working

so a days worth of boredom in one doodle!

some pretty cool submissions so far, i like ensouls (sorry if i misspell) The idea of it is cool and it looks nice, but your right arm is just coming out of nowhere, it's a little wierd, but other than that it's cool

NIghtmares is good to, good job of making it look like you, i like the hair

and Gromuluss it's not that bad, did you use a mirror? It's a little sketchy, almost abstract looking, i would either push the abstract or clen it up a bit, one of the two. And if your not using a mirror use one, it helps

Now some German class doodles!! Teacher made the mistake of giving me a highlighter and expecting me to pay attention.

well sorry but schools blow, this wasn't done for my school, schools were nto involved in any way in this project

i did an art show before with the women who was organizing it and she asked me my girlfriend and 2 other people from the art show to do this mural in this gallery space downtown.

so sorry schools are still lame

this actually was a pretty important assignment, drew on it while teacher explained what we were supposed to do

I want to thank you for showing me probably the coolest thing ever.

I can't imagine how difficult and time consuming that must have been, I've done exactly that before (charcoalmation) but on paper and using stick figures, took me like 10 hours to do a 5 minute movie using much simpler figures, i can't imagine how much time that would've taken

awesome stuff, i hate drawing on computers, and worse on MS Paint, so i'm pretty impressed at the stuff your doing.

wouldn't mind seeing you try to use photoshop or flash though, just for the sake of higher quality

yeah the lightbulb was the only thing i was unsatisfied with, the only problem is i had to do it standing on the 2nd to top rung of a wobbly 10 foot ladder to reach the ceiling, and the fact i have a messed up back, it wasn't real easy to paint up there

but yeah vomiting lightbulb was my favorite idea, but didn't turn out the greatest

Tail end of it, me and brit painted these, decided to try and cutesy it up a bit

oh yeah and bens girlfriend Margaret did the kick-ass background

Anyway, green guy with umbrella out its back is Mr. Picklenose, my girlfirend drew him, friend ben did all the airbrushing

Karl i really love youre work, its realistic but really out-there at times to, shadings top-notch.

Your one of those guys who makes me wish i could draw on a computer, i love to paint (real world not MS) and you get great textures and lines with painting, but sometimes the smoothness and quality you can get with a computer thats hard to get with paint is just amazing

All in all i'm a huge fan of your work

Heres what i painted on the ceiling above my guy, it's coming out of his head

this is michelles bit, one of the women working with us, she was a bit of a bitch when it came to actually collaborating though, we painted a few things in her spot to try and mix it up a bit and look like more of a collaboration, but she just painted over it

finished thing of mine, vomit included, i'll post a picture of whats on the cieling in a moment

Hey sorry for the delay, i've been away from the computer and such so i didn't get a chance to upload the finished mural from the i'm not dead post i did.

So instead of fishing around for it in the forums i'm just making a new one with new pictures of the finished product!

Yeah ben is a monster with airbrush and spray paint, he didn't even sketch it out or anything just was like *bam* and busted it out and 10-15 minutes, he's really cool and i'm really happy to be working with him, i'm learning alot

Cool thing by Michelle, this is also gone now which makes me sad because it's so much cooler than what she painted over it but oh well...artist intent. But yeah i think this is awesome and a little sad it's gone

Mural is being painted in a gallery/office space in downtown pittsburgh, inevitably to be on display for this bigass new years eve event. And for the most part yes it's for the hell of it, i'm not getting paid unless i like make prints of whats on the wall and sell them, there is no pay so yeah for the hell of it.

Almost done with the mural, looks badass, sorry for lack of pics, by end of week it'll be done and i'll show you final outcome

My friend Ben, he's wicked with an airbrush, bare in mind all this is the basic thing, all of it looks like 100x cooler now that it's almost finished

Heres what i meant by mostly finished, I started to paint on the ceiling, but i don't have a pic of it on my computer yet

The green smoke stuff goes up into a big lightbulb vomiting onto the floor, i'll put a picture up as soon as i finish the vomiting aspect and geet a picture of it

tommorow i'll post good pictures of my friends artworks, they're so badass
