Is it me, or have the blamming checkpoints changed("score" at a certain amount of votes)? I was flipping through the obituaries, and there were lots of higher scored movies (like 2.22), but they were still blammed. Has the blamming system changed as well?

I've been working on a flash video in Flash 8 that's 4225 frames long. When I went to put sound in the video, the sound comes like at least 100 or 150 frames before the sound should. When I play the movie in the timeline, the sounds are of course played at the right spot. But when I export or preview the video, the sound has its problem. The sounds are streamed, and each sound I'm using is a WAV (I tried using MP3 files, but they made no difference). So do you know what is wrong??!! Its been bugging me for hours!
