I think (without seeing any of your other artwork for said game) that #1 and #9 are the most unique cuts. I always relate someone with a haircut like either of those as one of two things:

#1 Innocent enough to not realize they are eccentric

-or-

#2 So strong in character and self image they plain just don't care that they're eccentric!

It's been my experience that innocent and character strong people tend to be upbeat and optimistic, so my vote is #1 or #9.

(Whew) I talk to much......
