Yes, but FL is easy to use and fits for the most styles of music which are produced with a computer.
So I think it's the best choice for beginners.

Besides that, using Magix has nothing to do with composing your own music. It's nothing more than gluing some cheap loops together.

Both won't work. I advise to buy Native Instruments Kontakt or another VST Software-Sampler. I ensure you that NI Kontakt definitely WILL work.
