Then you have a child made by two women. Lucky shit.

That sounds like a lot of hormonal expensive risky crap to go through. It's not the same as making love and boom there's a child made from both of you. Ass hormone injections and constant worry how the child would develope takes that magic away a lil. It's kinda like the trouble couples go through when they have difficulty conceiving.

This is where I sound like a traitor, but it would be tempting.

I mean, I'm bisexual anyway, and haven't had many bad experiences with women. But it would be nice to be in a relationship where I could be as publically affectionate as I wanted without worrying about having abuse shouted at me.

Or having that constant conflict where either I'm with a guy and crave being with a girl or i'm with a girl and I crave being with a guy.

There's also part of me that wants that original family idea. Get married to a man, have some kids. It annoys me that me n my partner can't have a child together that is both part of us. That I can't have sex with a husband and think 'this sex could create life'.

But if I did take the pill, it'd mean I'd stop loving my girlfriend. And I couldn't live without her, best relationship I have ever had (she puts up with my shit).

Commenting on the accent/lisp thing.

It is fairly ignorant to say that ALL gay men have it.

I must admit that about 90% of gay guys I know have it though.

I can't really make fun though, considering I have a total lesbian-style man voice hehehe (which is also not consistant with all lesbians, obviously)

Since you guys will be the high authority on the subject, check out this band from my local town. (Kirkcaldy, Scotland)

Drive By Audio (myspace page)

They're called Drive by Audio. Their music style is Beastie Boys meets Motorhead kinda thing.

One of their songs 'Jailbait' is featured in the latest GTA 4 expansion. Although it's a rubbish single mix of the song, the album version is way better.

Topic: The offical Lin's dick thread

Posted: 03/29/09 01:25 PM

Forum: General

Lin's Dick is a captivating movie that provides the perfect combination of action and erotica. This brutal, yet poetic tale of a woman finding her true crotch-calling is a story we can all relate to and learn from.

The pure quality is not unlike that of a rich scottish whisky (without an e) left to ripen over several decades. The smell is mouth-watering in an eye-rapey sort of sense and the taste will leave you weak at the knees and with hearburn in the morning.

The protagonist's presence is loud and prominent, taking full advantage of screen time, and quite rightly so; an award-winning performance.

The writing has clearly been thoroughly developed and has thankfully left it open for a sequal which should hopefully be cumming in our faces in the near future. Bring it on I say.

Recommended for families of all ages to accompany their incestuous sex romps in Austrian basements around the world.

Nice to see some second opinions on already suggested band names. However I would say a/s/l is way too geeky (I'm all for geeky band names, infact I'm counting on it, but not so IN YO FACE geeky, maybe if it was three words that had the initials a/s/l it could work. Plus I never use a/s/l in chatrooms anymore)

As for Norwegian leather industry....sounds a bit like a sex shop.

And 'Carnage city' sounds too similiar to Adam's other band 'Anarchy club'.

All n all, some excellent suggestions, apologies if it seems like I keep knocking back a lot of ideas on short excuses, but really, you are getting the creative juices flowing in my head for a good band name.

Maybe 'Exclamation' or something...

Yeah it's frustrating cause I could see myself getting to the 'trying too hard' stage. I'm not trying to make it iconic, not really wanting to be that big. But I dunno...it's kinda like...picking out wedding dresses....I just keep thinking if the right phrase comes along I'm gonna be like 'that's the one!'

My advice is you take some of your favourite songs that you've written and look for phrases that really resonate with you. Either directly copy a phrase or shorten it or something. If you don't immediately hate the way it sounds, just roll with it; you can always change it when you start to make it big.

Some excellent advice, perhaps not take it directly, but paraphrase it or something...yeah...I'll keep it in mind when I'm recording later.

Once again I require assistance on my music project. (Thanks a huge amount for those that gave advice on the headphones, got an awesome pair of sennheisers that work perfectly)

Both me and my songwriting partner have been pondering for months on a possible band name. We've gone through movie references, injokes, random word combos (including going to that 'make a band name' website) and still nothing. It's becoming a serious mental block. Either the name is too corny or too boring or too weird or already taken.

I figured 'Free beer and strippers' would work for getting people to come see our gigs (imagine the flyers) but it's too reliant on false pretences.

Help! Give some suggestions!
