Watch animations on Newgrounds, see how other people design and animate there characters, try and incorporate these into your own work with your own style.

That's the problem with spriting, it's never fully your own work. You may want to consider learning to draw/animate properly.

Start by spelling like a professional, then work from there.

Fixing a whole animation sometimes turns out to be harder than creating one. Maybe post a clip so people can see what they are getting into.

Not many people will work with an unknown author who wants to create a LARGE ONGOING project, this is because they do not want to waste time that they could be doing smaller personal projects which they know might actually go somewhere. You may want to try this when you are a little better known.

Sorry but that is kind of a terrible band name, also if you need someone to animate your song/songs post a link in the OP. Most people would gladly work on a song if they think it will help them so make sure your music is good.
