The whole shape and structure of your drawing is just weird. I know some people who have weird drawing styles like that who can pull it off, but this is really bad, and I don't think it was on purpose either :S

For actually thinking people would believe what you just said deserves a ban in itself. The fact that you mentioned rtil when his name wasn't even brought up justifies you stole his logo and traced it.

Could someone help me again?

I can't get this thing to work so that the cursor moves in the direction of it's movement. If you get me?

I also need a zoom code, when you click and hold the image zooms in closer.

Thanks in advance :)

I can't find the Vcam .fla download on that site. Where is it?

Hello.

I am making a interactive map that zooms in when you click the stage and you can navigate around the map by moving your mouse in any direction and the map would follow.

How can I achieve this? I haven't actually started on this project but anything to help get me started on would be much appreciated.

Cheers

I also have to agree with sandypaw, if you can't meet the requirements of your employer, you shouldn't have taken on the job. I mean you don't see me doing brain surgery right? Regardless, it sounds like you are looking for someone to do the coding for you, so if you feel lke signing over your paycheck for a week, I'll be glad to help you out.

Yeah I don't have a problem making something cool looking, it's just I don't know how to code it to make it work.

There was nothing mentioned about coding or anything in the contract, so how is it my fault? Plus they said they will teach me things. One guy who has been there for a year now, was employed with no experience what so ever, they trained him into what he is now.

I just need some guidance, possibly some tutorials to help me understand how to make another gallery in my own style.

Nah I should of taken the job, it's good experience for me and besides they have been overly impressed with me so far. It's going to be a photo gallery. I would like it so you have thumbnails of the pics in the flash and when you click them it loads the picture and shows it in full size. Something cool looking.

Xml And Flash Gallery Help Posted September 29th, 2007 in Programming

Ok so at my new job they want me to create 3 flash photo galleries that they can easily edit for future use. I've created one so far using an external XML file which allows you to just edit the XML document to easily change the contents inside the flash, rather than manually edit everything inside flash, etc.

Problem is I need to make two more flash galleries and they need to be different. I'm not good with action scripting and coding so it's going to be hard for me to make something different to the first.

I used this tutorial for the first gallery: http://kirupa.com/developer/mx2004/xml_f lash_photogallery.htm

So naturally the first gallery I made was similar to that, just different styled graphics.

Can someone please help me out? I really suck with coding things, it's not my forte. I'm only really a designer person. I'm the only one at work who really knows how to use flash (apart from coding)

:(

backgrounds in diff resolutions Posted September 9th, 2007 in Programming

I'm trying to make a background for a new layout I'm making and it looks fine and fits great in 1024 by 768 resolution, but when I test it in higher resolutions it goes all gay and doesn't match up properly. The background also starts repeating itself again from where it cuts off, making it look stupid.

I noticed NG's background works on all resolutions yet it has the same width values as my background. What kind of coding do they use?

Someone help me please! :(

Does anyone like my music. All my songs are 100% made from scratch, no remixes or any of that cheap crap. I am thinking about uploading all my songs to the Audio Portal but we will see.

Yeah, it sucks. It'll suck leaving my parents too, and my two little dogs. Oh well, gotta try these things.
