didn't you see all the god in "characters"?
and they keys will stay like thet beacuse it will be two player adventure...(p1 keys: arrow keys and "." and "/" , and p2 keys are: w-a-d and f and g)....
and i don't sure about the enemy direction...

make the background to be a MC and do the moving background there as a animation...

ohh so how to do long lvls its preety easy :)
you just need to make all the lvl and put the player and the enemy in the start and add Vcam thet follows after the player...beacuse the code is too much long try to find it in google or in NG search...
