I'm a big fan of the Dawn of War franchise and the Warcraft games. I much the prefer single player campaigns to playing on-line, people are too competitive.

That is my absolute favorite Zelda game and has been since it came out. It was my first experience with RPG concepts like leveling up through experience points and learning new techniques and spells as you progress through the game. It had me hooked from the get go. Great game.

I don't think anyone is saying your art isn't good, it is very good. There are things you could stand to improve and your inspiration for they stylization of your pieces is obvious, but you are a good artist. Maybe try stepping outside of your comfort zone and making something quite different, but I'd say you're on the right track already.

It's really poor, you didn't even attempt to draw in the guts of the monitor, the letters are off center, there is hardly even an attempt at shading and everything is floating in space. It looks like you spent less than five minutes from concept to posting it.

Yes, in the future please provide an example to illustrate your question.

Personally I'd recommend using a range, not just one specific density of pencil for your shading. For lighter shadows a denser pencil and a softer one for the darker, richer shades.

10 year olds are not allowed to have accounts on Newgrounds.com, only original art should be posted in the Art Forum and the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise has been pathetically clinging to life for over a decade now, there hasn't been a single decent Sonic game made in your short lifetime.

I may be stating the obvious but, the top games in the initial US list were mostly cross platform console games whereas a lot of the top worldwide games were Nintendo exclusive, specifically for hand held systems. I don't know what to think about that but I think it's interesting.

Boo! The first two Legend of Zelda games were classic! CLASSIC I tell you! The Adventure of Link is my favorite Zelda game of all.

Speaking of the classic Legend of Zelda, does anyone have an opinion on Zelda Classic? I think it's a great way for the uninitiated to experience the original game with the choice of playing with updated graphics and a great way for fans to make and share new Zelda quests, or even entire brand new games, Zelda related or not. It's a pretty cool little program, I think.

I loved Quake as much as anyone, I loved Wolfenstein 3D and DOOM when those were new, hell I still love them for nostalgias sake, but, honestly, first person shooters would have evolved anyway into the gaming force they are today regardless and TF2 or something similar would exist.

But honestly, none of that matters because Wolf 3D happened, Quake happened, TF, Half-Life, TF: Classic, HL2 and eventually TF2 happened. They're here and they're not going anywhere, why get a beetle in your anus about it?
