Definately improve this. I can see your idea but it needs a lot of focus and refinement. I can not see this as having taken you very much time to do. Use what you already have as a sort of outline for what you want to do, but it really needs to be remade slmost completely.

You aren't obligated to have more than just grey or more than just your other color, if that's what you're asking. You can have it exclusively one or the other. I just wanted to allow for two colors rather than just one so that people could make something stand out in the animation.

Sorry. I can't do it with only shades of gray. I have to drop out. I had part 4 and 10.

That's alright, it's not just shades of grey but also shades of another color too. You can look at some of my movies to see how that might work. I understand though, it is limiting. Good luck with whatever you do next, I'll take you off the list. =)

Well, as long as the random frame by frame looks like it belongs in the movie, it would be okay I guess. Make sure it carries the feeling of the collab, and the music. Also, the other people in the collab are going to be critiquing it as well.

If you're talking about co-author, I would love to be able to co-author everyone who takes part, but it is only possible to co-author 4 people. When it does get down to it, I will be choosing the co-authors based on who I feel put in the best effort and participated the most. Everyone will get their own profile page and can have a link to their website, however.
