Self taught-ness is also pretty cool, but I notice little flaws in your work in terms of proportions and the way the bodies are splayed. I'd say you need to work more on portraying the human figure more accurately, since your style is reliant on the accuracy of the figures to some degree.

I know and I'm trying, but there is no result so far:D I'm bad at human drawing, esp men. Well may be I need more time. Thanx for the tip :D

I make all my digital art with a mouse and traditional with pencils.

My friend asked me to do some magic on his photo, so I added armor,dagger and background and brushed all in PS CS3 :D

U have an interesting style) There is a great sense of movement , speed and so on:D
U should improve ur skills :)

Once I had the same thing , I painted pictures exactly from my mind, which actually had some standards, and no matter how many pictures I made - they were all the same because of those standards in mind.
And the hand is actually get used to them too.
So I think u should turn your mind and hand to some other way, to get rid of the accustomed way of painting and try something new. New way of drawing, new creatures, try to redraw several pictures and read several tutorials. Get some experience. It helped me, u know.
From the picrure u've posted I can say that u need practice especially in anatomy.
