MMMmmm... I think everything has been said now. My point is that people who want to submit crap, will submit it anyway, no matter if they use GIMP, PhotoShop, Flash or whatever.
I don´t see a problem with banning MSPaint, because there are threads which aren´t going to be locked dedicated to the artists that are actually trying to do something good with it.
In conclussion... I think that predicting the outcome of such measurement at this moment is absolutely impossible. Maybe a spam hunting spree would be more "fair", but it would be also a lot of work for the mods that could be eventually in vain.
There´s only a way to know for sure... And I don´t really think we´d lose that much. In the worst of cases, everything will remain the same, except with other programs other than MSPaint.

As you see, nothing new, but a nice bump for something that all Art Forum users should really read and think a little bit about it...

Now... Something I drew some months ago... From up to down: Sherbert the Cat, BigFuzzyKitten and KrackheadKitty.
I was in a really down mood, and wanted to try to draw an stylish funny animal... I tend to try with a cat first, so while I was drawing it, it turned into the yellow kitty that (almost) everybody hates. I liked how it came out, and I tried to remember some krew members and try to draw them.
What do you think of them?
