After my last comment (Which I must admit, I'm regretting a bit for it.) I remembered there were actually transformers with facial hair in Transformers 2010. And that linked with another idea.
If you know any easy way to change color I'd like you to try purple/violet instead of silver as main color, that way and adding some crown-like spikes to the head you could turn Megatron into...

I'm just plain useless in bitmap.

Last sunday, in my parents' hut in the village, I found a dead spider under a chair. It was quite big and meaty so I took a broomstick and get it outta my house.
An hour later, its dead body was found by some tiny ants. They were trying to carry it someplace. They turned it back an' forth, and the way they stretched its legs gave the feeling that the spider came back to life. It was like a macabre puppet show.
A couple of hours later, the spider or the ants were nowhere to be found.

Hey, Orangerad2has made a very good work... Hope he posts more here.
I saw a former work comrade using some soft felt tip markers with two tips: a regular fine point and a thick, flexible one that can be used as a sort of brush. I bought two colors and tried'em out.
Sadly, it's hard to get the most of them, and only with big pictures...

Hm, if you allow me some criticsm... Your character Lily... Looks too much like a generic Mortal Kombat character. But I profoundly dislike Mortal Kombat, so ignore my comment if you want. I'd try to make her more distinctive.
