Look what I found yesterday. Yes, it's an arachnid; nope, it's not a "spider", it's a solifugae...
This one is a Gluvia Dorsalis, to be more precise.
Commonly known as the infamous "camel spider", I could witness how ferocious this creature was (in the photo is eating a winged ant, and once it finished it off, it tried to charge at me...). I never seen a creature like this before... So you could say I got lucky.

Maybe this one would be better called "Camel toe spider"... Uh-Oh, CRAZY IDEA IN DEVELOPMENT.

The idea is really funny, just clean it up a bit (I suppose this is a WIP, I mean, those transparent lines...), and it could be ready to go.
If I should point some ways to improve upon this, I only could come on encouraging you to try to make it look sharper, especially on details like the hairy crew of the flying saucer (just to make sure it can be noticed it's a beard.). There's some place to add more hairy situations too, if you have the time. A bit more havoc would add some more punch to the scene.
BTW, I thought at first that the opening on the big head's moustache was a snot. And judging by his look, it wouldn't be out of place...

Still, I'd like to give you a little piece of advice: Most of the drawings of this session work as excellent thumbnails, but a couple of minutes more spent on each one would improve them greatly. Some pieces are really fine (like the "zorse", the King of apples or Zell), but others look a bit too rushed (I'm really puzzled at the one before the last one... At the risk of making me look like an idiot, what's that...? I just can recognize a window...). And, girl, I know that sometimes... I mean, I look at some of my previous installments' drawings... And I feel I owe some people an apology.
My God, I've made some really embarrasing things... Or at least I see them like that.
But I managed to do also some I really liked, so it was worth it anyways.
Next time, try to choose a day in which you can spend ALL the time in the world to draw. I took my "whoring days" as a test in which my foe are not the users who make requests, but myself and my own mediocrity. I try to end up exhausted, but satisfied of having tried to do my best in pushing my limits.
OMG, I almost forget to comment in MY request! As I told you, it'd work as an excellent thumbnail for an illustration, the composition and the figure are there... But I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to see the character better... I wanted to know how would the fairy look, her expression on her face, what kind of dress she would wear... And... Well, your picture is really suggestive anyways! I may have had an idea sparking... But I won't say more!

Well, here's a preview.
As you see, I've sticked really much to PodO's design because of what I already said in my previous post and one more thing: Avoiding messing with the code much. First thing is get the job done, so once we have this thing looking more or less neat and running, then I'll start thinking in going a bit further with the design.
The lower text slider is missing because I don't know if that can even be edited... (I'd appreciate the information.) I threw in a LCD-type font 'cause I judt dig that liquid screen visualizers.
Notice I posted an image in which some buttons have swapped positions. This is just suggestion that I think it could be quickly implemented if PodO likes it, but I had the original layout made already...
Now I'll going to export this to Flash. Sadly, it's not an automatic process (The horrible CorelDRAW exporting capacities...), and I'll have to re-make the gradients and correct all the colors in Flash. I'd probably will have to do that tonight, I have the afternoon busy. Once that is finished, further changes will be a lot easier and quicker.

I'm basically turning this into vector... As in the chat, I like the default look of this radio to match the NG overall design, and vectorizing the buttons will make easier to modify them on the future. I'm also doing it like that because there's not much time, so it'd better to have a proper design ASAP.
I may change a bit the layout now, though. And I'd suggest to get rid of the "Download 4 Desktop" button... Just include that option in the station select screen.
Now, back to work.

This project is going to be really interesting.
The cover looks quite cool, and the layout of the first page reminds me a bit of the first Marvel comics, with that big drawing that works as a secondary cover followed by a couple of panels starting to develop the story... I'm expecting to see the next page!
And about the language idea... I just love it.
I had thought up of something similar one day, when I improvised a little porn comic in my notebook a lot of time ago... Being a notebook, text should be really small, so I just placed the balloons. But I then realised that you could "read" the comic without texts, yet the text globes gave rythm to the narration. The shape and how do you draw them add information on "time" (how much are they speaking) and "mood" (how the voice sounds). That globes have grown into an icon with meaning by itself.
But you can even add more information putting inside things like exclamation marks, dots... Or another globally understood icons. Now you can't say that text-less balloons are pointless!

One day I'll hope to make a properly drawn and well thought li'l porn comic with those ideas in mind... But for now, I'll be expecting the next installment of yours!
