This, however, is a 15 day trial only, if you're not willing to pay for it, so don't download it until you're ready to make your movie.
The other option, which requires a bit more work, can only work if your computer has S-video output on it. (Many Windows computers come with these built in, or, at least IBM and Dell do.)
Set your computer to use the S-video output like a normal monitor, lower your resolution, etc. Then record onto something with S-video input onto something like a VCR or analog camcorder. (Make sure you also record audio; you can probably get a digital<->RW converter at Radio Shack.)
Then, if you have a capture card, you can capture it back onto your computer, then make it into a movie and burn to a DVD.
Y'no what, it's better just to pay the $25 for Magic Swf2Avi than to buy a capture card and expensive movie-capture software.
