I think the preloader should be following a bouncing ball, and when you press start it goes offscreen. ...? =P

Response to: Throw The Ball! (collab) Posted December 18th, 2009 in Game Development

I like it. but it took me like a whole five seconds to read the title. =P Calm down that line effect, I could barely read it.

Response to: The Kirby Collab Posted December 17th, 2009 in Game Development

is it just me or is the humor in the sparta bit dry, cliche and pointless? Whoever did it probably just did it for the hell of it. that or He couldn't think of anything and just dragged that soundclip out of a dusty file.

Response to: Throw The Ball! (collab) Posted December 17th, 2009 in Game Development

Because we've never seen that before.

opinions again? I think the slow down timing is a little fast for the viewer to register the ball in the air while time is stopped, or is it just me?

It looks okay. I suggest drawing it with sticks and writing what happens in evry frame so you really get planning down.

Response to: Throw The Ball! (collab) Posted December 12th, 2009 in Game Development

@ the last 2 submissions:

@ the plane one: I thought I was an okay idea but to me the graphics, sound fx and timing were Horrendous. I would redo the whole thing if I were you, because otherwise I wouldn't acept it if i were the leader. I know you have it in you, you just have to work a little bit harder.

@ The stick dude with the random sword: I didn't really like this one at all. Looks to me like you were trying to borrow your art style from the castle series. I just generally didn't like this one, whats the point of the stickman being there if the ball just gets knocked away by a sword that falls from the sky? in my opinion: redo, redo from scratch (as in a new part with a different idea) which is the best option, or give up. that last option I really wouldn't like to see either of you do.

Response to: There is no such thing as chance. Posted December 11th, 2009 in General

its called the chaos theory. it states the we exist infinitely inside ourselves. our universe is smaller than an atom to some other possible universe and so on. I may have typed this infinite times in infinite universes.
