No way, Zim is much better than Sponge Bob.
As far as the whole Foamy-Zim thing goes, Foamy existed before Zim - so he isn't a copy of Gir, and saying it is done in the same style as Invader Zim is an insult to Invader Zim. Zim was highly stylized. Foamy is just cheap.
That's true, I never new foamy was around before invader zim, but putting them side by side im rocks foamys ass.
