Overall, I find the new design to be quite stylish, having that "new generation" feel to it that hints toward what future websites within this decade will desire to look like.
However the new level icons, while definitely upholding a sort of continuity with each other, look significantly less impressive than they did in their previous incarnation...
So, though I won't find "leveling up" to be as enjoyable as I did previously, I view the redesign in it's entirety to be a good move for the site.
Well, this will certainly be interesting. I still recall how drastically the previous redesign altered the inner workings of Newgrounds. Can't wait to see how different the new level icons will be.

I've noticed my post count continuously drop during my time inactive on the forums.
So I'm wondering, is the site constantly recalculating deleted posts from long ago, or is there likely some trigger happy mod that's deleting old posts and bumped topics rather than locking them?
