student ids will really leave you in the dark sam, most places only accept driving licenses + passports, hell, i've had a friend refused service with a "pass id" id-card type thing that has a sole purpose of stopping you having to take your driving license or passport out.

If you don't have anything and you're really desperate, well, there are a few places where you can get a legal ID in under 2 weeks, but it wont be cheap. But really, take down your passport if you have one. The chance of you losing it is pretty minimal if you're careful.

No, I don't agree with the decision. I think it's totally missing the point and I'd much rather they improve console online play to meet the PC rather than vice versa, but it's not like they just flipped a coin and shrugged their shoulders and logged onto twitter and told the world that we were sucking their dick for shit all. Okay, privacy.clearOnShutdown.cookies was set to true, so I changed it to false, and it's still doing it. privacy.cpd.cookies I also changed to false.

It's not one of the standard options in tools thats the problem.

I'm using Windows 7, and Firefox 3.5.4.... To my knowledge I haven't changed any settings in firefox since yesterday, but today it's clearing my cookies every time I close the browser.

And yes, I've checked to make sure that "clear history when browser closes" in the options menu is disabled. It's disabled.

Regarding your problem, I have an idea. Pulling everybody's new gamerscore off Xbox.com was probably the quickest part of the job for me, only taking about an hour to get everyone's info. If I did that part manually every week and sent you the data could you put it into your script and run the update as normal? If that's possible I'd be happy to do it every week.

I'd have to see, I'm inundated with work at the moment so any tinkering with code would have to wait, but it'd be a nice idea, and in fact it ties in very neatly with what I've been doing recently in uni so would be good for me too.
