Topic: stuck on sticks

After watching flash for about 4 years I decided to give animating a try, being unorigonal, I decided to try a standard stick fighing movie, but am lost on the way to animate it. If I draw the body frame by frame, the body seems to fluxuate, changing as I draw it, but If I make a folder, puting each body part together, the character looks aquward, and kinda dinky.

is there a solution?
