Please try, I'd like to hear how easy it really is...

God how I love how tense everyone got when dubstep was brought up.

I didn't find the producing itself to be hard at all. But I'm a "mixophiliac" so.......yeah...chronamut pretty much filled you in on what that means. :P

1 roll of ducttape + headphones.

Take a guess :P. I could show it on msn though

"Music" for the musically inept person.
A 2 second loop of an annoyingly and randomly (most likely out of tune) pitched sawlead repeated for 5 minutes. Insanely noisy buildups and no climax at all (yes, this is how most girls would describe sex too).

But unlike dubstep, that is true for every single DD production made to date.

Dubstep atleast have SOME musical value even in the worst cases.

Feel free to like whatever you like, but my opinion is still my opinion.

there....happy?

We all like different things, but the basic premise of dubstep isn't exactly fresh either.
I'm just the kind of guy that values melodic content more than some lfo rapin' wave shapin'.

I'm not saying dubstep can't be good, but from the dubstep i've heard so far I've got to say I have little faith left in such productions.

Doctor P - the boss, it's a 4 second loop that's dragged out for 3 minutes, oh and that screech lead makes me want to punch a retarded/crossbred penguin-cat so hard that it goes back to being a fetus.

If you really want to go for something fresh I'd say to turn away from EDM completely.

Ugh im getting old (28, this 9th of august actually, thats right ill be birthday soon)

That's the current niche for most people, personally I can't stand listening to music like that.
Atm the only element needed to satisfy people is a rythm, we have successfully gone abck to the stone age of music!

Deleting my entire friendlist (or most of it) on the public msn. Hit me up with a pm if you want to get re-added.

It's just annoying having over 800 people while I only speak to 30 on a regular basis, so I'll probably delete some people by accident...

No proof = No action.

I could call every single user on NG a thief, but unless I could prove it I couldn't get anyone banned.

However, if a mistake were to occur it could very easily be reversed with no effect to download counts, score or reviews AFAIK.

Response to: Anybody need a guitarist? Posted August 2nd, 2011 in Audio

I'll look through my WIP folder, I'm kinda certain I could find 50+ tracks that could need guitars.

So incase you're really REALLY bored sometime you know who to contact :P.

Just wait until some smart ass starts tagging their music with "pwnz", "kickass" or even "tits" even though it sounds like shit and/or hairy. That'd leave room for SOOOOOO much abuse.

I haven't checked the VG list for a good 6 years so I wouldn't know. But I'm not surprised if that'd the case.

Cala has a point. VGM is so diverse nowadays that finding anything specific there would probably be a pain in the ass.

Atleast branch it off into oldschool (Chiptunes and otherwise low bit sounding stuff) and newschool(lulz GoW ala classical, metal, technobeats) would make it a great deal mroe efficient to check through.
