Human body + 24" Subwoofer = The shit

If you have heart problems you could play loud bass frequcencies to the "offbeat" of your heartbeat.
It feels pretty bad* so I guess that could be dangerous?

*Scratch that, it feels like your heart is about to stop beating.

If something DOES happen I'm in no way responsible, and we should all blame Rucklo.

At 11/28/09 12:35 PM, amaterasu wrote: I misread your post. If you are using samples, the trick is to find 2-3 seperate kick samples, and eq them together so you get the low from one, a punchy mid from another, and a click sound from the third. With synthesizers, you can mix a sine or square with a really short decay for that initial pop transient, with another low sine wave for the bassy sound that trails afterwards.

Excellent suggestion right there. I find myself combining the 2 techniques more often than not.

Btw, last I heard is that vec kicks sound like shit because they are ripped.

I'm experimenting with this at the moment. If I get my head out of my ass a document it I guess I could post it here. If you're feeling desperate or greedy then add me on MSN or AIM

So me and my partner are working on this label mix, but I felt that the mix was way too dry when it came straight from the studio. So I decided to tweak it and fix it at home. The problem is that not one single automation works, not even if I remake the automation from scratch.

Everything is the same version and I've made sure that nothing is conflicting. Except me and Fl that is.... (FL sucks balls but this is a first for me)

I'm in a hurry and I need an answer ASAP so add b0unc3.music@gmail.com on MSN or akab0unc3 on AIM

Thanks

Response to: How can I make a stong kick? Posted October 13th, 2009 in Audio

Layering usually does it for me. But it's very dependant on good base sounds and sound manipulation skills. Take it very easy with the compression and Eqing. 1 miss can trash hours of work.

And no I'm not saying I'm a god, but I do what I can to improve my sounds in ways i like.
Response to: FL crashes while opening project Posted October 1st, 2009 in Audio

I've had this exact problem, theres nothing you can do. Those flps are gone forever.

Imageline has some program on their site that allows you to load an flp and externally remove vst/vstis. But that will not work (I'm pretty much certain anyway). The only thing we can do is, hope that you used "Save as new" a few times and still have an older version of the flp around.

Crusify me for bumping and I'll burn down your Userpagez >:(

Makes no difference.

and do chack the coding of your txt file

My textfile is just plain text, no code whatsoever (Followed 3-4 guides to the point) but I still don't get the result I "should".

im using the same code in some websites i made and it works with no promlams and im using AS2

I had a quick test converting all the code to AS3 (No compiler errors, yay!) but then came to a screeching halt getting the text to load at all (DOH).

Sucks to be a noob >:(
